With each photo shoot, you will receive a preview the day after and your own personal gallery from which you can yourself can choose your favourite pictures.
* In your personal gallery, you will find all raw photos. You can choose your own photos and order additional photos if you wish. The additional order rate is €30 per photo. Unedited photos will be not delivered.
*Excluding travel costs. Displacement on location is of course possible, for this a travel cost of €0.35/km will be charged. For a one-way journey longer than 1h, there is an extra charge of €25 per hour. Throughout Belgium, several beautiful photo shoot locations are offered by Lieselotte Claesens, which can be found under the button "book a photo shoot".

No, I have a thin photography leash/rope halter that can hold your dog or horse during the photo shoot. Afterwards I remove this in photoshop.
By default, a photo shoot takes place at our own location in Bornem, for which no travel costs will be charged.
Throughout Belgium there are also several other beautiful photo shoot locations offered by Lieselotte, you can find these under the "book a photo shoot" button. You will find the added travel costs per location.
For an outdoor photo shoot, I charge +/- 1h - 1h30.
Of course, this always depends on the animal. If everything goes smoothly, we may finish a bit earlier, if your animal needs more acclimatisation time, it may take a bit longer.
The photo shoot always proceeds at the animal's pace, there is never time pressure.
Weather plays an important role, as the photo shoots take place outdoors. If bad weather is predicted, we will decide together whether to go ahead with the shoot or reschedule it
In most cases of bad weather, we choose to move the shoot. In such a case, we will work together to find a new suitable date. In dry weather, the photo shoot can usually just go ahead. Clouds are no problem at all. If the weather is very gray, we will take a look at how serious it is. Sometimes it is also necessary to reschedule the shoot.
Count on 1-2 months' notice when booking. Do you have an emergency due to illness or another reason? Then get in touch for options.
You will receive a sneek peak via email or social media the day after your photo session. So make sure to follow Lieselotte Claesens' page on Facebook and Instagram!
Along with the first sneak peek, you will also receive your personal gallery. You will receive the chosen photos after a maximum of 4 weeks, which can be downloaded via a personal link.
Your personal gallery contains all the unprocessed photos. From these, you can choose the number of photos that were included in your photo session and it is possible to order additional photos if necessary. The additional order rate is €30 per photo.
Unprocessed photos will be never be delivered to the customer, only the chosen edited pictures.
A web file is 2048×1365 pixels in size and contains the watermark of LCPD.be. Such files are used for posting on the internet and social media. However, the format is NOT suitable for printing.
The 'HR' in an HR photo stands for 'high resolution'. These photos may NOT be placed on the internet and are only suitable for personal use. You can have these photos printed in any desired format. See 'disclaimer - general terms and conditions' for the use of web files and HR photos.
